Youth Customer Service and Cashier Training

February 11, 2023 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

At Customer Service and Cashier Training hosted by Newcomer Youth Services, you will

• Receive hands-on practice operating a cash register
• Learn how to handle sales, sale items, and refunds
• Improve customer service & communication skills
• Familiarize yourself with Canadian workplace culture

A certificate of completion will be provided at the end of training.
